Served in the traditional Ethiopian manner, the food consists of dozens of exotic pastes served on flat round bread, which does double-duty as both a plate and utensil. The pastes are exciting concoctions of lamb, beef, chicken, lima beans and vegetable mixes. There are full vegetarian combinations available as well.
